We are here to help you win your claim

Welcome veterans.  First and foremost, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your dedicated service while protecting our lives.  That comes from the bottom of our hearts.  We are here now, to help you receive the attention you deserve.

Are you a veteran who doesn't know where to turn for help?  Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions:

      • Could my illness or injury be considered service-connected?
      • Am I eligible for disabilty compensation?
      • How do I file a claim for disability benefits?
      • What about my family; my wife, my children, or parents?
      • What do I do if I can't afford to file a claim?
      • How can I get help with supporting my claim?
      • What can I do if I feel my claim should not have been denied?
      • Why was my claim denied?
      • What can I do about appealing my claim?

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

If you need answers to any questions, call or email us; whatever makes you more comfortable.  We will not charge you.  Here's how it works:

As Accredited Claims Agents, we are authorized by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs, Office of the General Counsel, Washington, D.C to work as representatives for the men and women who served in the U.S. military service.  We have the authority to prepare, present, and prosecute claims before an Agency of Original Jurisdiction or the Board of Veterans Appeals.  We assist and represent veterans and claimants with their claims and appeals before the VA pursuant 38 C.F.R. §14.629. We do not collect a fee until your appeals claim is granted.
